The reinforced concrete training tower located in Zona Franca´s fire station in Barcelona, presented concrete degradation due to oxidation of reinforcements due to carbonation, with breaks and spalls that left part of the armor exposed.
The structural repair was carried out with PROPAM® REPAR TECHNO, after protection of reinforcements with BETOPRIM, and the structure was protected with the anticarbonation paint BETOPAINT.
Resolution of moisture entry by capillary lift on the walls of an industrial warehouse located in Poblenou Barcelona, by creating a chemical barrier with PROPAM® CREAM, consolidation of the surface with PROPAM® MINERALIZADOR and application of a new coating with the waterproofing mortar PROPAM® IMPE finished with the water repellent mortar PROPAM® REVOC.

Thermal insulation of facades of high energy efficiency buildings with passive architectural design that aims to make better use of the environment and construction materials
The Exterior Thermal Insulation System that has been applied to the facades is the AISTERM SYSTEM (ETE 09/0005) for the facades finished with acrylic mortar, and the AISTERM CERAM SYSTEM (DIT 609/15) for finishing with natural stone . The PROPAM® AISTERM EPS GRAFITO insulation panels with thermal conductivity 0.032 W / mK have been used.
Rehabilitation of a 850 m2 outdoor sports court that had an old coating very worn and cracked that had to be replaced to restore the functionality of the equipment.
The old coating and the degraded parts were removed and the protection product BETOPOL (aliphatic polyurethane coating with high resistance to weathering and UV rays) was chosen to ensure the maximum durability of the sports facility.

The sealing of the joints between prefabricated concrete stands in new construction, guarantees the watertightness and allows the differential movement between prefabricated blocks.
In the construction of the new Municipal Stadium of Badalona, the joints of the stands were sealed with polyurethane elastic sealant BETOFLEX, using BETOPRIMER as a primer for the joint lips and ROUNDEX as the bottom joint bead.
Repair by pouring of slab edge screeds in a multi-storey building in Barcelona with the fluid structural repair mortar PROPAM® REPAR TECHNO FLUID. Subsequent replacement of the stone cladding that covered them, with the VAT® FLEXIBLE high-performance ceramic tile adhesive.
The waterproofing of a non-walkable terrace of approx. 200 m2 between office buildings in Tarragona, was made to avoid leaks that appeared on the ground floor and to recondition the terrace for use of moderate traffic.

The overall renovation of the bull ring has meant providing a metallic structure for the ring so that it is completely covered, completely remodelling the inner façade and the stands and naturally providing a structural renovation depth that guarantees the durability of the structure.
