FERRODUR 600 R

FERRODUR® 600 R is a mortar made of special cements, selected siliceous aggregate, admixtures
and steel needles, with very high strength, no shrinkage and quick hardening, specially
indicated for industrial floors and raceways with thicknesses between 10 and 30 mm. It complies
with the requirements of standard EN 13813.

Industrial floorings that require high, mechanical, wear and impact resistances in a few hours. Repairing potholes, raceways, joints in airport runways and bridges that need quick service.. For urgently running and repairing rails in wastewater treatment plants. Continuous truck transit areas in workshops, warehouses, etc. Urgently repairing of roadways and pavements.

Properties

Very high initial mechanical strengths. High final mechanical and abrasion resistance. It allows traffic to travel on it 2 hours after application. Monolithic adhesion strength to the concrete, preparing the base appropriately. High fatigue resistance thanks to the reinforcement of the steel fibres. Resistance to freezing temperatures and gritting salts. Great abrasion and impact resistance. Hardening without cracking. Chloride-free. Good levelling capacity.

Consumption

Approximately 2.1 kg of FERRODUR ® 600 R is needed per m2 and mm thickness. This amount is theoretical and depends on the condition and roughness of the substrate, and so it must be adjusted directly on site.
